1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

The app provides tools for local storage and management of user content, including photos, videos, and files, directly on the user’s device.

To maintain and improve app stability and understand basic app usage, the app may send limited technical diagnostics, crash reports, and app interaction analytics to our service providers, as described in the Privacy Policy. This does not include the contents of your photos, videos, or files stored in the app.

3. User Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content stored, imported, or managed using the app.

We do not:

• access user content
• monitor user content
• verify the legality of user content

You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purposes.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• content stored by users
• loss of data due to device failure, operating system changes, or user actions
• any damages resulting from misuse of the app

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the app may require a subscription.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• Restoring purchases is supported

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms & Conditions are violated.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Language

In case of discrepancies between translations, the English version shall prevail.
